Sunrise Yoga & Meditation
In alignment with nature’s light source and force at dawn, Sunrise Yoga & Meditation threads opening rays of silence through a breath-centered mindful meditation into soft, heart-focused sun salutations and other Vinyasa sequences.The class builds into a heated flow and weaves a variety of cooling, stretching asanas (postures) and pranayama (science of breath) techniques. Basic Yoga
Basic Yoga practice is great for beginners who are looking to take an in-depth look at the foundations of poses. The class focuses on holding poses and addresses proper body alignment and quieting the mind. All levels.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga combines gentle movements with deep breathing. The class is a perfect experience for beginners as well as people with specific limitations and those recovering from injury. All levels.
Yin Yoga
The practice of Yin Yoga is a more gentle approach to yoga that provides the body with a deeper stretch, more joint mobility and alleviates pain particularly in the hips, thighs, pelvis, and lower back. Remain in postures for an average of 5 minutes to stimulate energy flow, increase range of motion and prepare the body for meditation. All Levels.
Body Conditioning
Body Conditioning is designed to work within your different heart rate zones to burn calories and fat, while strengthening and toning the entire physique. The class varies between core work, resistance training and cardio interval segments - to help you build endurance and reshape your body from head to toe. All Levels.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is deep core training that develops muscle balance over your joints. The class is given in an athletic style to help you identify and activate stabilizers from your hips to your head. Mat Pilates is a great introduction to any new exercise routine since it sculpts a longer, leaner looking body while improving posture, increasing flexibility and preventing injury. All levels.
Guided Hike Up Camelback Mountain - $20 Meets at Crave Cafe
Our guided hike up one of Arizona’s most exclusive grounds will revitalize the mind and body. The hike is designed to maintain elevated cardio-respiratory levels. Please wear appropriate footwear and sun protection.
